Mission Statement

TMALDI is an organization that mentors young boys from households headed by females. They enter our program between the ages of seven and twelve with a continuation of mentorship through high school. We help them to develop into confident productive young men who are committed to developing their own God-given talents and dreams while helping others do the same. This organization does this by connecting each young boy with at least one mentor who is qualified, trained, and committed to helping boys through this process. We also help boys develop leadership skills first through the examples set by the mentors and by educating each boy on leadership principles. To ensure success, we require 100% parental or guardian participation and support from each boy's family.
