Mission Statement

TMALDI is an organization dedicated to helping boys (ages 7 to 12) from homes headed by females develop into confident productive young men who are committed to developing their own God given talents and dreams and helping others do the same. This organization does this by connecting each young boy with at least one mentor that is qualified, trained, and committed to helping boys through this process. We also help boys develop leadership skills first through the examples set by the mentors and by educating each boy on the principles of leadership. To ensure success, we require 100% parental or guardian participation and support from each boy's family.
